An Alstonville based Macadamia farm found an opportunity with a side hustle – to use macadamia oil for skin and hair care products. Ann Leslie (the brains behind this genius idea) engaged us to help her make the switch from her WordPress Woo-Commerce site to an e-commerce website with Shopify. At the same time, she was rebranding from PureNut to Avilla Farm and needed to ensure that the transition was smooth, for her business operations and her customers.

We decided to put our digital experts on this project. Ashleigh and Felismina worked on all the technical back end things; uploading and optimising, formatting and organising. Jennica worked with the client on the visual aspect including brand image, content creation and copywriting. Uncovering the correct ‘tone of voice’ was an important aspect to this project.

The result was a gorgeous and functional website that the client was happy with. She can now sell her amazing products, around the world in a more streamlined and efficient way. Because Shopify helps you to organise things like shipping and international fees during the build, order fulfilment is now a breeze for Ann.

    Brand Relaunch and TVC

    the brief

    We were thrilled when we got the brief to work on The Tweed’s longest-running and established holiday park, Tweed Holiday Parks.

    After major in-park refurbishments, upgrades and renovations across all the parks over the past few years, the brand needed a facelift too which would include a new name, brand promise, brand mark and website.

    We were to develop a marketing plan addressing communication, branding and re-positioning with their target audience.

    After conducting qualitative and quantitative research and undergoing brand and industry immersion, a detailed marketing plan was developed.

    The major projects were to evolve:

    • The name

    • The brand mark

    • Brand promise.

    And…

    • Develop a custom-built website with online booking functionality,

    • Create a launch video to showcase the experience of staying at Tweed Holiday Parks,

    • Creation of templates for all collateral,

    • Production of new promotional merchandise.

    The new branding developed is clean and fresh and reflects the experience of staying at one of the Tweed Holiday Parks. It encapsulates the close proximity of the parks to the ocean and the hinterland. The brand's promise is ‘space’... space to relax, space to be free, space to connect, with yourself and loved ones, space to just… be.

    Their brand-new website, is one of the biggest sites we have developed and launched along with national press, outdoor, digital and social campaign.

      UPA North Coast are providers of Aged Care Services, as well as Youth Care Services and Residential Care on the North Coast. An award-winning provider that has been established in the Home Care industry, with an excellent reputation, since 1995. UPA North Coast approached us wanting to grow awareness of their brand and to talk directly to the people who may need their services along with the people whose parents may need Aged Care services one day.

      our response

      We created and rolled out a campaign for UPA North Coast called 'Keep Your Traditions'. This campaign was specifically for their Home Care Service sector. The 30-second emotive Television Commercial is centred around concerns that one may have as they age which may result in the need for Home Care services. With an aim to put everyones minds at ease that they are in compassionate hands, the television commercial shows the audience a “Family Tradition” scene that we all know and love – Sunday roast with  the family.

      In support of the television commercial, Barefruit created additional marketing collateral to ensure an integrated marketing campaign. A comprehensive information booklet showcasing and explaining  UPA North Coast Home Care Services was designed. This booklet includes all of the vital first port of call information including; information about the not-for-profit, cost of services and ways you can access services. This was supported by an attractive and informative brochure, that summarises the information in the booklet succinctly.

      This kind of strategic and focused campaign is both challenging and highly rewarding to pull together. When executed correctly it  creates incredible brand awareness, emotional response in the audience and excellent results for the client, which makes us extremely happy!

        Who wouldn’t be thrilled to work with our home towns' most iconic and community minded establishment the Ballina RSL?

        After a major Club renovation and development of their strategic plan, the RSL needed to develop a marketing plan addressing communication, branding and re-positioning with their target audience.

        After conducting qualitative and quantitative research, hitting the streets to chat face-to-face with Ballina locals and undergoing brand and industry immersion, a detailed marketing plan was developed.

        The major projects prioritised were:

        • to evolve the RSL brand mark and create a sub-brand system

        • create detailed brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all platforms

        • create a TVC to showcase the RSL and everything it has to offer locals and visitors to the region

          The Brief...

          Horizon Motorhomes, a well-established brand for Manufacturing Motorhomes in Australia wanted to market their brand through consistent national and local branding and advertising, TVC and video production, collaborations, EDMs, developing a strong social media following and national and local PR.

          Cultivating Solution

          Carry out photo shoots and video production, design marketing collateral and create custom-built EDMs consistent with the brand, grow the brand’s social media following and increase engagement. As well, as draft PR campaigns to acknowledge the company’s success at local and national business awards, the launch of a new model into their range and the opening of their new purpose built state of the art factory in Ballina.

          Resulting Fruit

          The development of fresh, modern and professional branding that can be used across all marketing communications including, website, print and social. As well as the establishment of a new video series for TV, youtube and the website.
